Cancellation Policy for Experience & Photo Shoot Services
Cancellation:
To change or cancel your reservation, please contact us via the [Contact Us] page.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made from the day before your reservation date.
Day before reservation: 50% of the pre-paid fee
Day of reservation: 100% of the pre-paid fee
Cancellations Due to Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, floods, wars, riots, civil commotions, rebellions, revolutions, terrorism, large-scale fires, strikes, lockouts, enactment or amendment of laws, or other events beyond our reasonable control (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure"), where it becomes difficult for either you or us to fulfill the reservation, both parties may terminate this agreement. In such cases, no cancellation fees will be incurred.
Please note that what constitutes a force majeure event may vary depending on the individual case. In the event of force majeure, both parties shall promptly notify the other. We shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred due to force majeure. Your understanding is appreciated.
Re-booking Acceptance:
If a cancellation occurs due to force majeure, we will arrange a new reservation date by coordinating with your availability and our schedule. However, we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred date due to booking availability. Please note that any transportation or accommodation expenses incurred for re-booking will be your responsibility.
Re-shooting Policy:
If there are any deficiencies in the photoshoot, please contact us via the [Contact Us] page. We will verify the situation and offer a free re-shoot.
Conditions for Re-shooting and Important Notes:
If there were deficiencies in our shooting service, we will conduct a re-shoot free of charge.
In cases of abnormal brightness or saturation, out-of-focus issues in all photos, equipment malfunction, or loss of data on the day of the shoot, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will arrange a re-shoot as soon as possible, considering your convenience and our schedule.
However, please understand that the re-shoot date may be delayed depending on your circumstances or the shooting conditions.
Any transportation or accommodation expenses incurred for the re-shoot will be your responsibility.
Re-shoots or refunds due to differences in image expectations after the shoot are generally not accepted. We shoot according to our "style." Please refer to the photos and photographers' works published on our website for an understanding of our shooting style.
Product Returns and Exchanges
Return and Exchange Conditions:

Return Conditions:
Customer's Convenience: Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.
Other than Customer's Convenience: Product defects, incorrect delivery.

When returning the product, always include the receipt or proof of purchase and send the item to the designated address.

Gifts:
For items purchased as gifts, refunds will be issued as a gift voucher. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer convenience, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Customs Duties:
