Payment Due Date:

  • Credit Card Payment: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.

  • Bank Transfer: Please transfer the payment within 7 days.

Product Delivery Time:

Products are usually shipped within 10 business days after order confirmation. In cases of a large number of orders or material shortages, delivery may be significantly delayed. In such circumstances, we will contact you separately.

Sales Quantity:

Listed products and services may have limited quantities and may run out of stock.

Purchase Limit:

No specific limit. However, the quantity that can be produced and the delivery time will depend on the sales situation.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of product arrival under the following conditions:

  • For customer's convenience: Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.

  • For reasons other than customer's convenience: Product defects, incorrect delivery.

Responsibility of the Seller:

While we take the utmost care in describing our products, if a product is defective or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly arrange for an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Cost: Covered by our company.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Sakura Plan / Tsubaki Plan: As these are custom-made products, cancellations are generally not accepted after the order is confirmed.

  • Ume Plan, Take Plan, Matsu Plan: For experience-based products, cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made from the day before the reservation date.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Day before reservation: 50% of the pre-paid fee.

  • Day of reservation: 100% of the pre-paid fee.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure:

In the event of force majeure, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, floods, wars, riots, civil commotions, rebellions, revolutions, terrorism, large-scale fires, strikes, lockouts, enactment or amendment of laws, or other events beyond our reasonable control (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure"), where it becomes difficult for either you or us to fulfill the reservation, both parties may terminate this agreement. In such cases, no cancellation fees will be incurred.

Please note that what constitutes a force majeure event may vary depending on the individual case. In the event of force majeure, both parties shall promptly notify the other. We shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred due to force majeure. Your understanding is appreciated. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
